I'm delighted to officially announce that the second installment in the Zeck series, Zeck vs. Colonel Destroyer, is out now on Amazon in paperback and Kindle.
The first book in the series, Zeck, found a group of outcasts arrested by Imperial Guards wielding weaponized spiders, ambushed by tiny clones piloting suits of armor, and conscripted into service by a sadistic madman.
The second volume picks up where the first left off, with our band of reluctant allies pursued by Lord Plumwine's voracious meat gobbet monsters. Colonel Destroyer believes he's the Empire's only hope of winning a war that's still taking shape. His newest recruits, a wizard, a hacker, a supersoldier, and a morally ambiguous "courier," just want to survive the night.
Their journey takes them through a thriving forest with a will of its own, into a land where even elder gods fear to go, and for some of them, face to face with a past they've tried to forget. Not all will make it out. Those that do may never be the same.
Available on Amazon. Audiobook coming soon.
